Visa information

According to the government’s regulations, foreign visitors coming to Vietnam for work purposes (including this conference) are required to obtain a business visa prior to their arrival unless they are eligible for visa exemption. Participants who require a visa (including visa on arrival), please fill in the travel and logistics form and send back to Ms. Jib (events@helpageasia.org) by 20 July 2016.

You will then be issued with a letter from the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) of Vietnam to support your visa application. Please apply for your business visa at the Vietnamese Embassy in your country.

Visa on arrival:

If reaching the embassy in your country is difficult, you may apply online ahead of time for a visa on arrival. There is an additional fee for this service.  If interested read more details here.

Please inform the conference organiser of any difficulties you encounter in obtaining your business visa.
