Registration process
1. Complete the registration form and send to Ms. Juthamas (Jib), events@helpageasia.org
2. The confirmation of registration will be sent with payment details
3. Payment
4. Complete the travel and logistic information form.

The PDF forms are preferred. Please save the forms on your computer first and fill them using Adobe Acrobat.
Registration fee
Registration fee covers:

conference meeting package on 6-7 September
-
4 nights accommodation in single room (5-8 September, see hotel choices below)
-
airport transfer to and from Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport
-
field visit on 8 September; lunch from 6-8 September
*Plese note this amount does not include bank transfer fee.
The registration fee does not include the following:
-
any visa costs
-
dinners (with exception of the welcome dinner, hosted by MOLISA, on 6 September)

any miscellaneous expenses incurred during the conference

domestic/international travel costs
HelpAge network affiliates are entitled to a discount. Please contact events@helpageasia.org for further information.

Cancellation policies
A full return of payments made less bank transfer fees will be possible if notice of the cancellation is received by 5 August 2016.
If you need to cancel your participation in the conference after 5 August, we are able to accept replacement nominations.
