Participants will have accommodation booked from Monday 5 September until check-out on the morning of Friday 9 September (4 nights), or fewer nights if individually arranged. The accommodation package includes breakfast, and lunch will be provided in the Convention Centre.

Hotel incidental charge 

Incidental charges will be settled by guest’s own with Credit card or Cash. As a global policy of the Sheraton hotel, it is requested that participants shall present the credit card for guarantee upon check in. After making a photocopy version, the hotel receptionist will return the credit card to the participants. For those not having credit card, a cash guarantee of approximately US$50.00/day is required. The cash guarantee will be returned to the participants when they check out.

Check-in and check-out time

Hotel check-in time for Sheraton Hotel is 15:00 onwards and check-out time is 12:00. All guests will need to provide photographic identification upon check-in (e.g. passport). Hotel check in time for Dragon Hotel is 14:00 onwards and check out-time is 13:00. All no show, early departure and late arrival will also be charged an amount equal to 100% room charge of entire accommodation.

 

 

Personal charges

Participants will need to cover other personal charges such as laundry, telephone calls, mini bar, room service, hotel transportation services (other than airport pick-up and drop off provided), as well as restaurant and bar services beyond the conference package. You are required to settle your expenditure directly with the hotel upon your check-out.
