Visa information

All non-Iranian visitors entering Iran must have a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity) and a current entrance visa.

The organisers of the conference will process all visa applications in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of I.R. Iran. Following documents must be provided to the organisers in order to obtain visa reference numbers:

  1. MFA Form (download form)

  2. A short CV

  3. Digital image of your passport

  4. Digital personal photo, taken within the last 6 months, in front of a plain white or off-white background preferred.

Please note that, the MFA form will ask for the location/country where participants wish to collect their Iranian visas.   Once participants receive visa reference numbers (from organisers), you should contact the Iranian Embassy or Consulate in your respective country, or any neighbouring country to proceed with visa application accordingly. The visa must be processed and collected where you have specified in the form ONLY.

If you wish to stay in Iran before or after the conference dates for personal leisure, please ensure that you specify those dates at this stage. Please note that the dates can not be changed once we submit the information.
